Torbay Heating offer a comprehensive boiler installation service, either within a new build or as a replacement to an existing boiler.

Condensing Boilers are now the most prevelant of new installations and replacements. Part L1 of the building regulations dictates that the vast majority of new boilers must be condensing boilers. This was introduced as condensing boilers are far more efficient (over 87%) than combi or conventional boilers.

The key difference of condensing boilers is that they feature an additional heat exchanger to gain additional heat from the exhaust gases.
